After doing 35 correctCorrect (new formula) leg full extended situps a few ngihts ago i now have pain in my sotmach when I cough or sneeze.I tried doing situps just a while ago and I felt pain in my sotmach.I either find this as muscle developing or streched a muscle to far?
Yea I thought that was the reason and yes I'm happy to say that it ahs gone bye bye (the pain) but I couldnt even laydown without feeling pain.And i can do pushups now =D thanks for the comment and to put my worry at ease.
