Did you also work out your abs? What kind of exercise did you do?
From your clinical presentation, it might appear that your lower abdominal muscles might be sore which could occur after a workout. It would seem unlikely that the stomach itself is causing the pain as it is not present always.
You could try taking over-the-counter pain/anti-inflammatory medications which could help relieve some of the discomfort.
Pain/cramps that presents itself during laughing or coughing can be related to a muscular condition.
