Sweat and exercise

by quyen, May 18, 2005 12:00AM
Hi, I'm 32 years old female, and 150 pounds.  I go to the gym about 1 hour and 3days a week.  But I have very little of sweat. Does that mean I burn fat not much?  Is fat burning depend on sweat?  Thank you.

How intense are your workouts?  Are you consuming plenty of water?  Some people sweat more than others.  Don't gauge your workouts by how much you sweat.

Your heart rate would detemine how much fat you burn, but any exercise burns fat after a while.  It is really just a question of how much.
