The last time when you worked out did you hear a popping sound? Like you could have torn/ruptured your pec muscle? I would talk to a dr. Hope you feel better.
Well see, this isnt something that happened over night, it happened sometimes awhile ago, and now.. my abs and chest have remained what appears to be swollenSwollen glands. My ribs are somewhat visible on my good side, but on my bad side, their not.. I dont know if that will help anyone but, I've lifted since, and my chest gets sore-sore! Not a muscle sore...
