were you wearing sneakers at the time of this tingling?? i know a lot has to do with arch supportSupport Support 500 and sneakers. I used to take a weightlifting class and my feet would almost feel like someone was stabbing me.. It was because the arch support in my sneakers had worn out.
If it isnt because of your shoes, then you probably just over stretched a ligament.
I wasn't wearing shoes when it happened as I was playing with my children. I almost feel like I need a half hour to stretch
and get ready before I can play with them :) The tingling is
still there but is slightly better. Hopefully it will go away in a few weeks.
Thanks
