Is there a mobile application out there that I can use to track my progress? I am always on the go with littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys time for emailing and such but I do have my phone on me at all times...
You can browse on your mobile, keep alarms for physical workouts, set goals, track of weight loss, keep screen savers of your goals, food habits should be flashing to keep you engaged etc.
Check with apple and their advertisement "your iPhone/iPod Touch just became your personal trainer!" and also you can go to search engines and search for them.

I am also quoting something on the web:
"Sprint and Bones in Motion are now offering BiM Active, the first in a suite of applications that enables subscribers to use the Web to achieve their fitness goals. Whether you’re walking, running, or cycling BiM Active enables you to capture and monitor your activity in real-time on any GPS-enabled Sprint and Nextel phones."
Take care!
