Tummy area

So, i want to lose fat and tone my tummy area. I really want to lose fat first. What shiuld i do?

Hi, first of all what am going to say is based on what i learned through my journey am no expert you can consult others but i would enjoy giving what i know ^^
You see we eat to stay alive, breath, move ... We burn what we eat, but when we eat more than we burn this is a problem ! Cus the exess food, or may i say the exess calorie will be convertes to fat, so fat isn't the only enemy right here, the bad carb, exess food is all gonna be stored basically in fat tissues, but if you lower your calorie intake, am not saying eating less ! But eating righ, the right portion as well, nourish your body with good complexe carbs espacially in the morning and lunch, this will give you the energy and not only that ! But will keel your blood sugar lever maintained without um .. Causing the insulin spike, because if you eat starvhy food and refined sugars ( white bread white flour and sugar) this will cause blood sugar rise, which means hello insulin spike which means .. Hi fats :/ espacially if you're not active, because when you're not active you already have glycogen in your muscle cells so insulin won't have t store it there, instead it goes to fat tissues :/
I hope this gives you the idea to where am going, because you have to eat less than you burn, in a healthy statement : "burn more than you eat"
Keep it simple, eat a lot of veggies and fruits, this should keep you full, eat healthy fats ( avocado nuts ..) your proteins too !
In other words eat healthy, when you feel hungry don't starve your self eat ! But don't go jump over that nutella jar ! Avoid processed food, salty food, refined sugar .. This should be it, it worked for me at least, by the way try to avoid carbs at night, well not totally, but keep it low
Workout really hard, do some high intensity interval training they are among the best cardio workout routines,
I know i kept long but i hope this gives you an idea, you may find it hard but three weeks .. Your body will get used to that healthy food, infact if you eat healthy and then break it your body will feel fatigue, this shows that unhealthy food is really bad
