Upper Knee Pain
For the last 9 months or so, my left knee has been hurting. Right where the upper knee meets the top of the knee cap. If I sit with my legs at a 90 degree angle, after about a minute my left knee will get very uncomfortable and I will have to stretch it out. When I do this, I feel some pain and hear a snap. Also, if I place my fingers on the sore part and move my knee cap while I do that, I hear squishing noises that I don't hear with my right knee. It doesn't hurt to touch or anything, but it bugs me when I'm sitting down.
