Hi. I'm in my fourth pregnancy. I am typically a very active person and work out 3x a week with step aerobics, walking and strenth training. For the past month I haven't done anything. I have no energy and feel sick all day. My body is already changing and I feel like I'm turning to mush. What could I do here at home to try to maintain or improve muscle conditioning that would be very low impact but would show results?
I don't have a T.V. but I understand there are workout videos to do during pregnancy. Maybe you could get your handsHand or foot spasms Hand tremor on one of those?
Also, try lifting some light to mediumMedium chain triglycerides weight dumbbells. At least you'll get an afterburn effect that's higher than with walking or any aerobic workouts. Any movement in general will help energize you.
Good luck and CONGRATS!!!
