WICH WAY ISW BETTER TO LOOSE 10 POUNDS ON AN EXERCISE BIKE?

hi i just want to know what is better to do over a few month peroid to loose 10 pounds either 30 minutes on the exercise bike 5 times a week or 1 hour on the bike 3 times a week if anyone knows wich one would work best that would be great thanks

Continous exercise coupled with a proper diet is required .
so i would advice 30  minutes for 5-6 days a week with a break for a day in a week.
See that you loose around 500 calories per day and restrict your calorie intake also by 500 calories to lose 10 pounds in 2 months time.
