hey there, have you ever heard of celtec? that with alot of protein with help with your problem. To gain muscle you need to lift heavy with low reps. Just make sure to get the rest your body needs, cause it can cause an injury.  However, your legs, back and your chest are the major muscle groups to work, and every thing else will grow.  So make hack squats your best friend.  Good Luck to you.

Hi,

You need to make a diet plan and avoid fats, procesed foods etc from your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily and drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water everyday.

You should also start a daily walk routine and some exercises. around half hour of daily walking - brisk o exercises should be done to start with.

You could join some aerobics class etc to help you.

Have you gained weight suddenly? If so, thyroid and other endocrine disorders need to be ruled out.

Regards.
