I am 17 and 144 pounds I'm 5 foot 3 inches. I lost 5 pounds the first couple of weeks and then it just stopped at 144 and fluctuates to 145.
I around 1200 cals a day I eat a good amount of protein and I go to the Gym 7 days a week,
I started interval training about 2 weeks ago because I thought I reached a weight plateau but i am still not losing any more weight I am doing strength training 2-3 days a week.
I have been doing this for a month counting the first couple of weeks when i lost 5 pounds.
I don't even feel like I am getting toned!
I am losing confidence and I just don't know what to do.....I need help!!
