Weight loss!

Hey guys, I really need help in loseing weight! I am 14 years of age and I am a girl. I have about 11 stone! I no it's so un healthy!  I want to do as fast as I can.. Yes yes I know it Dosent happen over night but I want to see result quick because if I don't I'll just give up and say it's not working! Please tell what I can do to be thin and be like everyone else. They all look go nice and thin in everything they wear! I wish was as thin as them! Please help! FEEL FREE TO PRIVATE MEASSAGE ME TO GET INTO MORE DETAIL!! Please I beg for people's help! Thank you!

Hey There,

Its true that weight loss tips or workouts do not work fast, it needs proper guidance and certain time period. Even if you are looking for quick tips here you can do it -

1. Drink warm water with one spoon honey added. Do this every morning.
2. Cycling and swimming is the best to lose weight faster. So whenever possible, use cycle and join swimming classes.
3. Walk daily at least for 30 mins.

If you do above things continuous for month or two, definitely you'll see the result. And keep patience.
