Weird question

I need to lose about 60 lbs. I finally have gotten my act in gear and have started working out. I have been working out for about two weeks. What's bothering me, though is that after I work out (30-40 minutes on the treadmill and an hour on weights) I end up having to urinate constantly. For example, tonight, in the first 3 hours after getting home, I've had to go 7 or 8 times. Is this normal or a sign of a problem? Does anyone know or has anyone else had this happen to them?

This is a normal side effect of "abnormal" exercise. The body is now moving up and down and if you have a belly overhang, it is "slapping" the body at the site of the bladder stimulating it to expel. As your body gets "used to" exercising it should get better or return to normal. If it continues after about a month, talk to your doctor just to be sure. good luck

It sounds normal if you are consuming a very large amount of fluid directly before or during your workout. If you are not, it would probably be a good idea to speak with your physician.
