This is a normalNormal saline flush side effect of "abnormal" exercise. The body is now moving up and down and if you have a belly overhang, it is "slapping" the body at the site of the bladder stimulating it to expel. As your body gets "used to" exercising it should get better or return to normalNormal saline flush. If it continues after about a month, talk to your doctor just to be sure. good luck
It sounds normalNormal saline flush if you are consuming a very large amount of fluid directly before or during your workout. If you are not, it would probably be a good idea to speak with your physician.
