What do you have to say about the new gen. weight loss supplements?

I want to hear some testimonials on weight loss supplements.

How many of you have actually tried our new generation weight loss supplements (ie. ephedra free products)?

How many of you actually felt that there was a significant loss of weight or that the supplements work at all?

What did you pay and was it worth it?

Has anyone fallen for the LIPOVOX scam from ebay?

The only thing I ever tried for 30$ was ephedra-free Cortiplex. You may want to add that to your list of useless inventions. I am back to running and skating.

well, mostly all products are inferior types.. its just a marketing strategy most company owners do.. as i have researched before the trend in supplement industry are "the newest supplements, the best" but in reality... its just a marketing startegy.. they put this product on the market for about 5 months knowing that most impulsive buyers would buy it since it the latest i nthe market.. then after it, the product disapear in the market just like most other products.. what i can advice is stick with the proven and tested way of weigth loss.  DIET.  remember "the less calories you take than you burn" weight loss or fat loss increase... try to change your diet alternately.. you can have big meals one day and light meals the next.. this helps your metabolism function well.

ok, weight loss... supplement companies are just greedy bastards who do nothing but wreak havoc on our health.. if you wanna get ripped or down your body fat level.. then you need to create a proper balnced diet.. with less useless calories.. and burn more than you take.. do cardio since its a tested way of burning fats... dont waste money and effort on such ridiculous calims of supplement company.. if you loss weight by using it , well, im sure its not it that's causing it,, but rather your attitude and determination..
