Obviously people have different reactions, but I was told a while back that while many people will advocate exercising in the morning, the best time is in the late afternoon because you've been up and about and therefore your muscles are loose. Muscles are tightest right after sleep.
Morning after breakfast is the right time.
An hour after your lunch, perfect time to exercise.
It doesn't matter, except I suggest not in the evening as it could interfere
with sleep.
