Whey Protein

Hi,

I’ve bought Whey Protein Powder (100% Gold Standard) because I go to gym regularly. How you rate it? How can I verify whether it is original or otherwise, in terms of Product?

Thanks.

Hello!

Every region in the world has region specific products. It is not difficult to know if it is good or not. Talk with your trainer and talk with some of your friends who will surely assist you.

If you are not able to get any assistance; then talk with your family physician.  He can know by seeing the brand and the license authorities.

Take care!

Let me preface this by saying I was a collegiate athlete, so my tolerance for workout stress is pretty high. I can't say that I know anything about the brand you are using but I will share my experience.

I also use whey protein, the exact type is the GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. It has worked really well since I don't get to eat as properly as I should with work and school. I stack that with GNC's Amplified Creatine and Glutamine powder. Those are my post-workout supplements. Pre-workout I use PMD's Platinum Pump Fuel.

Over the last 4 months I have lost over 60 pounds of fat while putting on over 30 pounds of muscle using a pretty intense workout regimen 6 days a week. Those supplements I listed seem to be the best that I've found over the last 4 months, so I stick by them. Hope you get some big results!
