There are many causes for lower abdominal pain radiating to the back. This may be due to some spinal injuries or pathologies. This may also be due to some intra abdominal pathologies such as intestinal or kidney related. A examination and some tests would be least requirement here. Abdominal pain may have a range of findings based on the age and site of the pain and therefore it may require some amount of investigation.
