what I need to use to loose the arm weight & stomach, please help.

Hello!

Diet control and cardio should be regularly and earnestly followed.

You will lose the weight which you put the last first and the weight which you put the first the last.

Sustain your cardio and plan a very neat diet chart near a dietician and avoid : deep fries, junk foods, sugars, fast foods, sweets, fats, desserts, chocolates, desserts etc.
