by live4fitness, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
but remember nutrition is key. If you can't right you won't reach your goals

by hardcoreback, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
and u see, ive long full muscle bellies whihc makes it much bigger that it actually is.. i really wana compete too, ok, if had already competed or to compete tell me, ok? i'll be glad to know that... dont u wanna enter figure olympia perhaps?

by live4fitness, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
no I wouyld never make it to the olympia, that is for the best, remember when you compete the diet is real strict, no ice cream no cheat days no soda. It is real hard.

by hardcoreback, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
To: nah!
i dont think so... long as ur taking things happily and training well i think ur gonna be the best bodybuilder in town.. indeed ur not gonna be the freakiest guy on stage but ur gonna be the only one with no gyno and distented belly.. :) u can do it ya know.. u just need to believe it... u got what it takes..

by live4fitness, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
your telling me this the one who drinks sodas and eats icecream. Can you stay away from ALL junk for 12-14 weeks?

by hardcoreback, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
WELL, I  cant, but u know sometiems indulging for it is kinda ok at all .. eating a piece or even the whole bunch of icecream wont hurt ur physique ya know... :)

by hardcoreback, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
well, i hope ur metabolism is quite like mine.. i can anything and still wont get fat.. hehe well, just a bit of tummy i guess... but truly i dont get fat... :)

by live4fitness, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
when you compete there is NO cheating or there won't be any cuts, no matter how fast your metabolism is, you want to be 3% or lower.

by hardcoreback, Feb 14, 2007 12:00AM
To: :0
really?!! i donnu.. maybe my way will be the latest someday.. its gonna be called "THE NATURAL UNSTRICT WAY" lol.. but really we have many guys here who eat **** and works all day long but still maintain below 10% bodyfat, really! well, some competitors used diuretics.. some synthol... but i wont be taking any of it... many died becoz of it.. and to live clean is to train clean... :)

by live4fitness, Feb 15, 2007 12:00AM
train clean good concept that also means eat clean!!!!! Good luck on changing thing. You really need to buy a ebook called "burn the fat, feed the muscle" I know about the people who eat what they wnat and look good, oh boy do i know

by live4fitness, Feb 15, 2007 12:00AM
