I am a 33 year old mom who is doing what she can to lose some unwanted weight----BUT-----strangly enough I do sit-ups every day and I have a AB lounger that I use-------but I am trying to make my belly flatter-----so why is it blowing up like a balloon?????????????
Ok so I have been working on my stomach for years. Is this bloating internally? When I firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 100 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 25 First-progesterone vgs 400 First-progesterone vgs 50 First-testosterone First-testosterone mc starting doing sit ups and ab workouts, I got a layer of muscle under fat...I ended up gaining weight (muscle weighs more than fat) When I lost some lbs. you are able to visually see definition. Your abs are probably toned, you just can't see them through the top (not saying you're fat, at ALL, I have/had the same problem) Once I lost the weight I gained a lot of definition- Just a tip I learned after, make sure you are doing your lower and uppers as well; otherwise, you're going to have a tone section up by your ribsRib cage pain, and then you'll lose definition under your navel. If you do many rep's that's the best (to fatigue your muscles) and don't do it every day. Incorporate some stretching to avoid bulky looking. (unless you're looking for that, doesn't sound like you are). Hopefully this helped a bit- good luck, I'll check back
