brusing from exercise

by XC44, Apr 06, 2007 12:00AM
I've been trying to be able to do pul ups
and have been working at it with everythign from assisted pull up machines to half pull ups (pull ups off a bar where I'm sitting on my butt and just going up.) I noticed today that on both of my bicepts thanks to  my labor. Is this really bad? Is there anything I can do to help the bruises go away quickly/ Should I stil lcontinue with my workouts (but to a little les sintense level.) Thanks for the help.
