building muscle

hello ive been lifting since january, and well i wna get big like muscle ive gotten alot stronger since my bench went from 95-185 i rep 185 7 or 8 times, and my squat is repin 225-250 10 times. IM tall im 6'3 and weight 208. Well i lost alot fat i used to be 260 n then dropped down to 180 cuz of running n stuff n then i started lifting and gained some muscle. Im not getting muscular like ripped u know i wna get buff and look like a lift i mean ive already been lifting for like 9 months how come i cant look buff i mean im strong but i have some muscle but i mean its not very noticable. Or is it too soon? i just wna know what workout routine to do, heres what ive been doing since then

i do circuits so if im going to do chest i start out with benchpress with 95 and do 3sets of 20, then i go up to 135 and do 4sets of 15, then i go up to 185 and do 6sets of 8. Sometimes i do 225 if i got a spotter but i only do 6, then i do the flies with 65lbs dumbells and i do 4sets of 10, n then i get the 75 and do 3sets of 5. After i go to the chest machines and circuit on all of them and do 6sets of 20 on all of em with moderate weight which is about 50% of my chest max i think my max is like 250 so its like 125 which is normal, then i finish and do pushups 4sets of 20. I dont wna write too much but if u need to know my whole workout ill tell u. I just wna get buff and built im thin i dont look like  i go to the gym i just look average. I mean people are suprised that i can lift alot but i mean i wna be buff! I eat protein alot too 3-5 eggwhites in the morning with ham and bread, meat afternoon and fish at 3pm and at 6pm protein shake, 9pm protein bar. i eat balanced like have fruits and vegetables with all my meals n stuff. But gosh im just mad that i havent gotten buff.
