my calf muscle has been pulsing when i run and feels very tight all the time. i stretch it but it never helps, its getting to the point where it hurts all the time. when i was sleeping i woke up with severe, excruciatingly painful spasms in my muscle. both are hurting but i think its the left one thats most affected. i heard somthing about prolonged continued motion causing metabolic build-up and all of the symptoms fit but i don't know how to help it, or is its serious. please help me!
