calf pain & numbness
When walking or doing light jogging on the treadmill I have been gettingl calf pain in my left leg and then my left foot get numb.  I'm 59 years old.

Hello!

The calf pain and numbness may be due to any physical injury or fall or twist. This will decrease with ice packs and NSAIDs.

It can also be due to raised blood pressure, peripheral artery disease, deep vein thrombosis. Also get your fasting blood sugar estimated.

I would also suggest you to go for an orthopedic examination to rule out any major issues before continuing cardio.
