calories?

I'm 23 years old with a height of 5'5 and weight 140lb. I'm trying to loose 10lb in the next 2 months for my wedding. I'm trying to exercise at least 5 times a week for at least 45 min. each time. Do I need to exercise more? or longer? how many calories? 200? 500? per session?. Thnk you!

Any exercise above your "normal" exercise will burn extra calories.  If you reduce your caloric intake (DO NOT not eat)will increase your weight loss.  Generally, women planning a wedding are so nervous and excited and frustrated their metaolism increases naturally in response and they will lose a few pounds by doing nothing but go nuts.  Good luck
