Seriously, it's not about calories.. if you eat healthy-- avoid the low fat, low calorie foods. Eat low carbs(cut out the breads, pastas, wheat products) eat less processed foods. You don't know what is in packaged foods and most of the stuff in them, isn't good for you. Don't be afraid of healthy fats - coconut oil, olive oil, butter. If you do low calories all you do is be tired and want to massively consume food when your blood sugar gets to low. Don't overdo the exercise, it will cause too much stress in your body. Inflammation caused by stress will keep you from losing the weight you want to lose. This is what I do, since I started following this way of eating and exercise I lose weight easily.. I was 80 lbs over weight and have already lost 60. Eat real food, vegetables, fruit, meats, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, nuts, seeds, healthy fats. You'll see the weight come off no problem. 3-4 times a week of exercise is enough and put a little weight training in there. Lift a little bit.. follow this and your cravings will be gone, you'll lose weight and you'll look BEAUTIFUL on your wedding day. All the best and good luck!

How can you quick add calories
Any exercise above your "normal" exercise will burn extra calories. If you reduce your caloric intake (DO NOT not eat)will increase your weight loss. Generally, women planning a wedding are so nervous and excited and frustrated their metaolism increases naturally in response and they will lose a few pounds by doing nothing but go nuts. Good luck
