chest pain on right side

Today I was just standing and there was a pain in my chest like I pulled something.It lasted about 5 min.'s. I could not move my arm or breath deep without pain. I layed on my back,took a breath, and something poped. The pop was between my arm pit and upper ribs. The pain was gone and I fell fine. Can any one tell me what that was?

if your chest pops, on the right side, whenever you stretch you might want to have your liver checked. when the liver is inflammed it can cause your chest to pop. also you can have pain in the right shoulder also and pain on the right side under your ribs and in your back on that same side. i am not a doctor or anything, it's just a thought. lol
