Hey everybody!! I have been told for the past 4 yrs that I should compete and finally at 26 I am thinking of doing my first show however does anyone have any info on when you start doing more cardio or less? I am currently sitting at 12%body fat and need to get more cut. I am not sure what to eat when and all that fun stuff. My first show I was aiming for is Oct 29 of this year and I need to start something and fast. I guess I am asking a lot of questions however; any info is appreciated being as I know no one who competes. Am I scared....yeah li'l bit. Thank you all so much for your information.
