delt problem

heres a bit of an advice or shoudl i say a technique which ur husband can try..

its starts with a heavy shrugs with 2 sets if the same amoutn of weight.. it is to warmup and compressed the muscle and the clavicles, and shoulder blade, and spine.  this makes the delts more stronger than it is without doing a heavy shrug before an exercise.. then he should try more isolation exercise.. since pressing movements tend to overcome the delt muscle with reagrd to working with weight.  he must not let his ego come forth.. lift the weigth where he can manage to contract the delt muscles well.. and he must remember that his bone structure determines what exercises fits for him... i, too, did such specialization for my lagging delts..

he has good delts, I said was that since he doesn't have them genetically. Which this means that if he misses not doing back exer for a month no problem but it would not be good if he were to go that long without doing shoulders. You have seen his body he lags no where but if he wants to go pro his entire body must get bigger he weights ~190-200 at comp. and the pros weight 275 and up

no.. i dnt think size must be the way t ojudge pros.. its all about symmetry, proportion and mascularity.. if dexter jackson could pose well im sure hell be mr. olympia by now...
