I had a massive stroke in 2004.  I lost 115 lbs.  then I gained back 45.  Now I have lost 60.  Do the math.  I want to be able to stop when I reach my target weight.  I have no incentive to eat at all.  just don't care about it.  have very little smell now.  If you can't smell nothing much tastes good.  Neuro guy says this may or may not come back. I am home bound due to severity of stroke. I am a voracious reader.   Wife drives me everywhere.  I have a power chair.I have all of my cognitive skills,  I walk with a cane ,albeit not very pretty. I do go to physical rehab therapy 2x per week.

I would advise to start with a regemented eating plan. Try eating 4-7 x day all small meals (more like snacks) as this will keep your metabolism up all day long. Especially don't forget breakfast.

I think the T-Mill is fine just keep the safety strap attached as it is much safer.
