I had a massive stroke in 2004. I lost 115 lbs. then I gained back 45. Now I have lost 60. Do the math. I want to be able to stop when I reach my target weight. I have no incentive to eat at all. just don't care about it. have very littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummyssmellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling now. If you can't smellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling nothing much tastes good. Neuro guy says this may or may not come back. I am home bound due to severity of stroke. I am a voracious reader. Wife drives me everywhere. I have a power chair.I have all of my cognitive skills, I walk with a cane ,albeit not very pretty. I do go to physical rehab therapy 2x per week.
I would advise to start with a regemented eating plan. Try eating 4-7 x day all small meals (more like snacks) as this will keep your metabolism up all day long. Especially don't forget breakfast.
I think the T-Mill is fine just keep the safety strap attached as it is much safer.
