Hi, I just wanted to find out any quick, daily exercises I could do when I'm not busy. I have a little boy who gives me little time to get any exercise. Im not exactly over weight but my stomach is still quite 'flabby' and always looks bloated. Any suggestions of smart exercises which I could do during my sons naps etc or even with him? Wanting calorie business and toning please! TIA

You can then vary these around and even create your own workouts in the HIIT timer.
