face weight

by xsamiamx, Feb 23, 2008 01:42PM
I gave birth 2 months ago, and I'm losing weight at a semi-slow pace (I'm breastfeeding so I cannot overdo it). I ordered an elliptical, and plan to workout on it for atleast 30 mins a day.

I seem to be losing well in all places but my face and arms.

Any advice on how to trim these two areas?
Or should I just be patient?

Hi,
Congratulations!
I think you should be patient.
Your baby is just 2 months and you are breastfeeding hence you would probably lose weight gradually.
When he is around 1 year you can think of losing weight.
I would like to assure that eventually you would lose weight. Just concentrate on your kid.
Bye.
