I put an electric heating pad on my shoulder last night and could have a good sleep, with little pain. Is this a good way to deal with the frozen (actually freezing stage in my case, since it started just 2 months ago) at night ? Does this also possibly help healing ?

I use this to help work on myself and my clients. I purchased mine on half.com for about $10.00. Also look for a trigger point hook. You can pick one up for around $30.00 on amazon. These are good investments if this is an onging problem for you.
