getting into shape after pregnancy

i am pregnant and due very soon. the only places that i have gained a lot of weight are my inner thighs, and arms. these two places are places i have always had problems with.

what can i do to tone up and get the fat off thighs and arms without building a lot of weight gain with too much muscle?
(after the preg of course)

is this your first pregnancy?  well, i am pregnant as well.  my edd is sept 2nd adn I have gained 33lbs total.  My arms, legs and butt are all bigger.  Of course my breast are up two cup sizes as well.  This is my second pregnancy and I lost 30lbs the first week.  Not even trying.  Breast feeding helps w/ weight loss.  Walking briskly and perhaps walking w/ small arm weights.  Dont over do it right away.  It comes off, takes up to one year depending on how much you gained.  For arms I like push ups and dips, you wont bulk up.  For legs I like running.  Of course always start out moderately and make sure to check w/ your dr to see what he/she recommends.  good luck
