I would disagree. Have you done it yourself? 30 kg in 2,5 month? It is starvation to reach it and it is very unhealthy! I could agree that it is possible but you can not maintain this harsh diet for a long time so you will gain back more weight you have lost. It is better to set smaller goals that help you lose extra weight forever not crashing your metabolism.

I wont say this is impossible..first say is exercise exercise and exercise..no oily meals..fyi..i am taking tasteless but freshly squezed fruit juice everyday without any food..in the progress of controling my appetize..maybe you coukd try this..it works on me..i had lose 5kgs in a week...honey water whole day to maitain the sugar level...and i dont let myself in hunger..and i exercising every morning about an hour..more exercises on my belly..haha..(os:search some videos from the youtube.:) you can do this>>> plank, squats, jogging, sit ups..make it 15mins each everyday..and dont give up...wish you luck..
I think it is close to impossible. And if it is than it is something thet will be unjealthy to you and can have side effects. From my experience i am on the 4th month of loosing weight and did only 12kg.atarted at 83 and my goal is as yours-65. Some moments things are going good but then the weightloss just stops. And i am eating really well, had only 3-4 cheat days during 3,5 month when i had calirie intake around 1700 calories without big activitie. I am intaking around 1200-1400 everyday and doing medium activity ( walking, now just started running 3 times a week, swimming pool 2 times a week, exercises like hula hoop, crunches, squats, planks 3 times a week) so you have to give more time for weight loss and just stay on track without any exceptions :)
