That is an extreme weight loss in a very short time and your doctor must be a quack to suggest it.
Here's some suggestions:
1. Meet with a nutritionist and have them give you a simple food plan (notice I did not say diet)
2. If you are medically cleared to do so, start getting more active. Walking is the best exercise and it is free. Start out with 30 minutes and increase your speed as you are able to.
3. If you can, join a gym and work out with a trainer.
Set realistic goals, 1-3 pounds per week is what you should be aiming for.
i have been working out now for 2 months and i am not seeing much improvement on my abs and thighs. can anyone give me some pointers thanks
