herenia

i have herenia at the right side i.e. upper side of the leg, what type of exercises i should go for and what not i would like to go for a herenia belt ( is it ok)

Hi there!

A hernia belt may be fine though it is not necessary to get one. If not planning for a surgical repair, exercises that put strain on the region of the hernia are best avoided when not using a belt. Walking, swimming, pushups are considered the best exercises in such a situation.
