home exercising efficiency

hi, i have the foll question for you.

i am 34fem 58kgs/1.66 cm .don't smoke or drink.

can i ask this. due to my a fear lately i find it hard to go to the stadium i go
to do my walking so instead i exercise at home jumping rope, stepper ,
dancing like mad etc....

is this enough or not ? my heart speeds up at about 158-175 but my recovery
rate is usually around 59 the 1st min.

do i need to do more or is it ok?

Hello!

Your BMI is in the normal range so you can have proper healthy diet and exercise at home.

Skipping is the best exercise so is dancing and jumping rope. You can do any form of cardio you like and also consider cycling, jogging, walking, running and any form of sport for other options.
