I am 5ft 8, 149lbs....i am having soooo much trouble losing weight. i cut carbs, uped my running to 1 hour a day, and lift weights 2x a week. wtf am i not losing weight? i cant fit into my clothes. please give me advice on how to lose weight
It's possible that you're at a plateau, where your metabolism has adjusted to your caloric intake and your exercise level.
Try changing your workout routines around to "trick" your body. You might also be retaining fluids a bit.
You might also try getting a body fat percentage done to see if you're already as lean as you can reasonably get. If you are, no amount of dieting or exercise will change your weight very much.
