I was wondering what would be considered lightly active, moderately active, and very active. I'm not really sure where to put myself. I sit on my *** most of the day as a college student. But I workout intensely for about 30 min everyday plus a few brisk walks between classes and with my kids. I do know that 1100 calories for me at an activity level just above sedentary is next to impossible for me. I am nearly 5'8 140lbs. I need more food than that to live I'm sure. Even if I am trying to lose weight.
