how many exercises and sets do you used in every bodypart?

I do 3 excersises but first exer. I do 4-5 sets to warm up than after than the next exer. I do 3 reps. Some days if in a hurry I do only 2 excersises but I hit it hard. I stick to 2 body parts trained a day but I do hyper extentions and abs everyday
