hurt knee while jogging

hurt the inside of my right knee while jogging, my ? is should i try to keep jogging today and maybe work it out or stay off for a day or two, i really like jogging and dont want to sit around so please tell me what i should do ?

Take a few days off. Take ibuprofen twice a day. Put ice on it. You'll probably back to normal in a week or so. If not seek medical care.

If you are concerned about loosing conditioning I have my kids with some injuries to ride the stationary bike hard to maintain.
