Hi, I lack determination and motivation....After a few days of following a diet and exercise regime, I again start binging...please share some tips to keep myself motivated...
Just keep at it even when u binge go back and try again ur too hard on urself as am I! U r still better off than when u only ate poorly! Dont stop and try try try to desperate or mind self and stomach from the environment that causes u to binge. Go for a walk when u feel the urge even if its short u will be replacing a possible bad decision with a great one. Also try to walk everyday or some exercise. Try the NExercise app it shows you that exercising is easier than u think. Heck getting the mail or walking the dog or shopping walking the grocery store is technically exercise. BE POSITIVE. U CAN SO DO IT
