I am 40, 5' 1" and weight 108 lbs.  I eat moderately well.  I exercise all the time with running, weights, and martial arts. I pass for being thin. However, ever since having 2 children I have gained an extra 2" of fat around my abdominal area.  I gained the minimum amount of recommended weight during my pregnancies and lost all my extra weight within 3-4 weeks.
I do abdominal exerices, but that will not reduce the fat that has accumulated.   What can I do?

Have you considered a body wrap in that area? You might wanna check and see if that is an option for you. Good luck.
