I agree. Eat lots of vegetables, whole fruits (not juice), and lean fish, meat, poultry. Cook with olive oil or vegetable oil. No frying. Drink water, coffee and tea without sweetener. Take Metamucil and you will lower your cholesterol and feel slimmer faster as it fixes digestive problems.
low carb! as in simple carbs but consume complex carbs and protein. don't forget to add cardio and strength training.
