Take photos of yourself and every week on the same day after. Wear the same outfit and have the lighting the same (same room). This way you can see the progress.
workout to up beat happy music so u will be relaxed n look forward to it! Also I put up sticky notes on the mirror that say" u can do this" or other positive sayings that motivate u
This might sound a lil weird but put pictures of what u wana look like outa shape or fitness mags and tape them to the fridge,so everytime u go eat something healthy it will remind u of your goal. No putting up pics of celebs or stick thin models but healthy chicks.that worked for me!
