motivation

how do you guys get and stay motivated about working out regularly..i get so burnt out after 2 weeks.

Before and after photos are a great idea! Once you pass the 2 week mark you will find it gets easier and when you see results you will become addicted! Make sure you change up your exercises do you don't get bored! You can find a lot if good and free programs on the Internet. Keep going and you will learn to love it!

I look at before and after pictures of people have accomplished their weight loss goals. I watch videos on youtube along this same vein, and I find it to be effective.

Just visualise your self what do you want to look and when your working out just keep that in your mind. It will motivate for long time.

2 1/2 year ago I start running every day, the day that I start I said to my husband "I have to take care of myself and I will start running every day and if by any excuse I decide not to go kick me out, do what ever you think to make sure I go for my run" he never had to do it. I think I was ready to take care of myself. May be you can ask someone to help you to keep motivate.
