need help losing belly fat

I am a 30 year old female who is 5'4" and weigh 130 pounds.   My ideal weight is 110-120 pounds.  I just recently gained 10 pounds and now can't seem to get the weight off.  I gained the weight very quickly and abruptly.  I am eating a lower calorie diet and trying to exercise several times a week.  I currently walk 30 minutes-1 hour daily.  How do I lose this belly fat that I have put on?  The weight shows mostly in my face, arms, rear and belly.

First off to feel less bloated, try eating smaller meals. Are you gorging yourself with a few large meals per day? If so try and cut down to 4-5 small portions per day so you feel less full. As far as the belly fat, you can reduce that in time with the diet, and excercise. Try cutting out the fats in foodds, and eating smaller portions. If you are strict enough with the diet you will see a change.

It sounds like you're doing the basic things to help you lose the weight by cutting calories and exercising.  One thing you can add to help break down the fat and move it out is b12 lipotropics (either pill form or injections).  I've struggled badly with excess weight because of Hashimoto's disease, so it's a bit harder for me to lose to begin with.  But adding these two things to my regimen have really helped.  I started them locally with a nutritional MD (my primary care, endocrine, and cardio doctors agreed to me doing them, and said it was a very safe and effective way to go) but then found a doctor online to purchase them from at a better savings.  You can also add a good protein shake within an hour after you exercise to help build lean muscle (muscle burns fat even when you're at rest).  As far as the exercise... mix it up a little.  Instead of a steady, same ol thing plan, throw in a 15-minute intense fast-paced walk instead of one of the 30-minute ones.  Or halfway through your walk, step to the side and do 50 jumping jacks or windmills, then continue your walk.  It definitely tricks the body into "giving up the weight".  Our bodies are fine-tuned instruments.... they're awesome.        God Bless!
